"Nearly half of the alcohol-impaired motorcyclists killed each year are age 40 or older, and motorcyclists ages 40 to 44 years have the highest%age of fatalities with BACs of 0.08% or greater (Paulozzi et al. 2004)."

"For fatal crashes occurring from midnight to 3:00 AM, 77% involved alcohol in 2003. The next most dangerous time period for alcohol-related crash deaths were 9 PM to midnight (64% of fatal crashes involved alcohol), followed by 3 AM to 6 AM (60% of fatal crashes involved alcohol). (NHTSA, 2004)"
